charmed by central stay

helpful staff amazing variety private lift

i found the staff helpful. the breakfast had amazing variety and tasted great. the private lift that offered beach access was a total win. i appreciated the gardens and quiet spots throughout the hotel. the central location was excellent, near shops and restaurants.

the air conditioning in my room were not working so well, it did felt a little warm during night.

my superior double room sea view offered a comfortable space and furnishings. the cleanliness was perfect, and bathroom included robes and slippers. the view from balcony was fine, overlooking the beach and offering clear sight of vesuvius.

the breakfast buffet presented abundant choices with both savory and sweet options. i saw two different types of eggs, sausage, ham, and bacon everyday. the capuchino and expresso were available. i found honey sourced from a local beehive.

polite staff quiet location gorgeous gardens

Every staff member I met were polite. The hotel location allowed easy access to the town center and offered quietness. The gardens looked gorgeous. I enjoyed time relaxing there and a dip in the pool.

WiFi cut out constantly. I had to use my phone hotspot during the trip.

sea view direct lift excellent location

The location was excellent overlooking the sea. I found restaurants and shops mere steps away. A direct lift to the beach was very useful.

The hotel enjoys a really good location, granting simple access to ferries and the charming alleyways nearby. Breakfast presents a good experience with a beautiful view overlooking the water and Capri, what a treat. The waterfront bar offered expertly crafted cocktails on a balcony, overlooking the fine sea, it was dreamy!!!

The phone in my room did not work, despite reporting it. This was inconvenient. I had to walk to the front desk for inquiries, frustrating. The experience slightly detracted from the overall idyllic atmosphere.

Acceptable stay, but issues need addressing

cold air conditioner impersonal staff

The breakfast included a nice selection.

The air conditioner was not adjustable in the room. It blew cold air directly onto the bed and this caused respiratory problems. The staff did not show much personality.
